Fleet Management

LNWR is able to take responsibility for complete fleet maintenance on behalf of operators. This Fleet Management responsibility includes daily servicing and defect clearance, periodic exams and all of the work arising. Through a focussed maintenance regime, LNWR can deliver reliability growth and reduced costs. LNWR will also manage the spares inventory and source problematic components. LNWR’s cleaning and repairs teams will ensure internal and external presentation of passenger sets is to the highest possible standards.
